Ernest Mokaya Mogaka is the Firm's Founder and Managing partner.

He has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Moi University (2011) and a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law (2012). On February 18, 2014, he was admitted to the Kenyan Bar.

Prior to founding this firm, He worked at Munyithya, Mutugi, Umara & Muzna Advocates based in Mombasa.

Ernest prefers and excels at Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Criminal Law, Commercial Law, and Property Law. Arbitration, Constitutional and Administrative law, Contract law, corporate law, Electoral Law, Employment and Labour law, and Taxation law are some of his other areas of practice.
